celebrated marcus birthday today with cousins. although his birthday is actually Tues. think we will haev a more private one then..

haha. sorri for my "disappearing act".

things to update.
went for all comers meet. got fifth. threw 37.92m with the 800g in the men's open. for those who don realli understand the system. C division ( under 15) is 600g, B and A (under 17) is 700g while 800g is for all age as long as u are a man. haha. i did set two targets. i only achieve one. first not to lose any1 younger than me. second to throw past fourty. i onli achieve first one.hmm. i had six throws. i fouled twice. and my javelin tail hit the floor twice. sigh. tend to neglect my arm when i throw.

now coach will be focusing on the other aspects of my throws. one more month to the next competition. cant wait.
as for exams. sigh. kinda bad i feel. don think i was very prepared for it. nvm.
finished physics on friday. then watch mr bean with my classmates. funny:) though abit nonsensical. enjoyable overall:)
after that i went to vjc. to see my juniors throw for sports day, help them with the measurements and for me to throw abit. which i did. haha.
we went out for dinner and i made a fool of myself when i sweat alot just because i was eating mee rubus. but it was so nice. cheap too:)
going to train the whole week next week. this one week break from training has made me fat and lazy. bye bye snicker bars!!

im back:) sometimes feel no1 reads this. so abit lazy to go update. haha. ya.

the holis has been passing by rather slowly though i expected it to be over quickly, with there being g12, training, studies and 1st all comers meet. but it wasnt.

training has been a mixture of emotions. sometimes i like the throws but other times it just sucked to the max.. will be competing in the men's open javelin(800g) in 13 hrs and 14 mins. sigh. stress. i want to at least hit a 40. so it will prove that i can throw at least a 40 for the 700g. ya. something like that. but training has been showing me otherwise. gets frustrating alot of times. saw the start list for the competition. think there are elike 3/4 20 yr plus old guys, 3 jc throwers( including me) and the rest are secondary school. seriously dont want to lose to even one secondary student and the other njc guy. i will feel like crap. the other jc guy is like the champ for b and c division a few years back. ~STRESSSS~ . nvm. just make sure i put all my strength into the javelin first. make sure the top 8 is there be4 i try to do things that i have not practiced enough to try out.. realli, its one of those things where if u do it properly, u throw far. but if u dont, u throw badly.. i even have the butterflies lo. and its like not a major competition .jeez. cant imagine nationals man.

studies been alrite.. maths i been like copying off the answer sheet while trying to understand. it works i guess. not the best way to study though. applied it to physics too. chemistry been doing notes... haven touch any ques except physical chem. econs. hardly any. think i will do badly for gp too. haven realli been reading up on current issues. haiz..

this post is like so negative.. jia luck..

on a lighter note. i now wear contacts. even though i haven realli wore it alot. coz there being no time and stuff. haha. will wear it for the competition though. haha. hope it helps:)

think it has become a thing whereby i only update my blog on fridays. haha. aww. shall try to update more frequently.:) promise that i update at least once a week.

sch been pretty depressing i guess. alot of school work i don realli know. especially math. suddenly wonder if it was the right thing to not have tuiton during jc. especially with my "last minute chiong" attitude. well, at least the last part of math hw i could understand. have the feeling that my math teacher isnt fond of me. and i plan to ask for consultation from her. argh. and did i mention that i think i misplaced my j1 math notes?? man. this is getting bad.

been going down to bukit gombak stadium for training. train under this coach from china. he is BIGGGGGG. haha. main reason why i train under him is for his coaching in my throwing technique. which has not been very good. not going to bore u all with my training stuff. just going to say that my legs are too slow and my arm is too anxious.

ok. this lonely boy is going off now. BB!

BOO. think i last updated a week ago or so. haven been touching this blog for some time. busy i guess.

studies still so so. feel that math is still the worst. at least physics test i can do on par/ slight above average. sigh. but math. *vomit bloodz*.

always like a zombie when im in sch. teacher scold me when i fall asleep in class. sigh. its always like moment im listening, then my mind start to wander. then i think about other stuff. next thing u know, u are being nudged by ur classmates to wake up. worst still is that sometimes we draw on people faces when they are sleeping. sadly, i did that first.. so of coz, he got his revenge on me. and i went thru 2 hrs of not knowing i look like a 3 eye freak.

spa is coming soon too. but having heard so much about it from other frens from other classes. i think should be ok. haha.

OH YA. i got back my chinese results. a lvl. i got B. :) pleasant suprise cause i didnt study alot for it. coz now the chinese paper is like u must understand the passage then answer. not like memorising stuff and others. haha. its ironic also because my chinese is sucky. so getting a better chinese score than others is kinda funny. haha. ya. track teacher was like asking me wad did my chinese teacher do. and i said nth. cause i didnt learn much from him. so my track teacher was like oh, ok. basically, he means its so weird that i can get B and do better then others when there are many others who probably deserve it more or are just better in chinese.

haha. so lame.

training. hmm. managed to do increase my bench now.:) its not RM but at elast i know its heavier than last time. 95 kg. bench 95, which is like 131% my weight. am aiming for 1.5 in the near future. the last time it was 125%, three weeks back i think. when i did 95kg, did it four times onli. so its not RM, yet i wish i could do heavier. haha.

she min came back today. so she was kinda coaching me. telling me how i have to now be doing explosive weights and not strength type of weights anymore. technqiue wise, she was also telling me to push my behind leg more and longer. which i had alot of problems with. even when i feel myself pushing and twisting the leg, she says its not enough. sigh. guess changing techniques isnt that easy:(

will be training at gombak on saturday morning. under this china coach. scary becoz i don think i be able to speak chinese well enough. and they say first impressions are very important:(

oh ya, im taking part in 1st allcomers meet:) its on a sunday and the sunday before my gp paper. stress. am aiming to throw over 40 for this compe. oh ya, its men's open so the javelin is heavier. haha. yup.

my bro lost his phone. that sucks. the thing i cant stand is how people have the heart to just take away what is not theirs without thinking about how the real owner is thinking right now. the phone wasnt cheap and my brother is probably upset. guess he will have to be more careful from now onwards
