im so sorry... i took so long to update.. this past few days been so busy. project work stuff. so many oral presentation dry runs. Plus, last week even though it was coming to the end of the school term, we still had so many lectures and stuff. slept through most of them. oh ya. reminds me. i still haven copy maths lecture notes from anyone yet. i was sleeping in it. sheesh. the teacher lecturing was so boring and i cant believe that she is going to be our new maths teacher. sigh. so sad that mdm ang cant stay on with us. :(

but! one positive thing to me is that now i can focus more on training. stupid exams took up so much of my time. i couldnt run because of the haze also. so all i could do was the small dumbbells i keep at my place. gym was closed because of the exams. so sad. never mind about that. at least training resumed properly. and i bought my new pair of shoe. its exactly the same as my old new balance shoe. just in a different color. i didnt realise that it was the same model until the moment i was paying for it already. but it is really very comfortable. haha. today, monday, training was veri meaningful to me. i felt that it was the kind of training that emphasized alot on mental strength. circuit training. basically doing exercise followed by exericse with out rest in between. one set has nine exercises. each exercise we have to do for 2 minutes. between each set there is a 5 minute break. because i came late today for training ( watched a movie ) i had to stay later to finish my sets. while doing them, i was like talking to myself, trying to physche ( is that how u spell it????) myself up. it worked i guess, especially for the last set. however, there are still times when my body wont agree and let me down. so i guess i still have to train harder. remember. my aim. haha. if u wonder wad it is. go look and my previous entries k. i so have to go sleep now. tomorrow is op dry run 2. cannot be zombie. hehe. nitezzzz

im so sianzzzz of sch.. its so boring. lectures. tutorials. cant it all stop???? unlike sec school, we cant slack in school after the major exam. :( anyway, wen thye told me he nominate me for the improvement award. and i hope im kicked out in the firs round. its like i think his judgement is lousy. haha. remember justin? he won the courteous person award. haha. cant trust his judgement man. hmm. but if there is money, i don mind though. haha. but i didnt improve that much anyway. i know people who improved by thirty points. haha. ownage.

wednesday i went back VS. did gym with juniors. gym for 1.5 hrs then some throwing of the tennis balls. pretty light training. i forced them to play basketball after training. suppose to improve your flexibility while running at same time. haha. they made me do something stupid. plae 4 vs 1. crazy. me vs the other 4 juniors. haha. tiring. i lost 14-19.cause by the time it was the score was that, the gym was already closing and our stuff were inside mah, so we had to go take it and head to the showers..

today. crazy day.. long hours of classes. plus, qionging PW. crazy. but i think one of the better moments was when we gave our gift to madam ang and getting her to cut the cake. haha. our gift was a small bottle. and inside the small bottle was small little slips of paper whereby all the students wrote a little msg to her. haha. i think mine was quite long. :) then we took pictures. haven seen them yet. anyway, my hair is so messy. wont turn out nice. haha. people were complaining about my hair. wad too long. messy. thick. like bowl. sigh. decided to cut my hair tomorrow. OP is coming soon, cant look like a druggard when i do it. mother always call me that when i don shave.

today training was pretty tiring for me. basically it was 10 times 200 metres stride. the haze made it worse. cant breathe properly. haha. my first set and my last set was the worst. first set i ran too fast. so when i ended that sad, i was already breathing quite deeply. last set, cause we ran quite a few sets, our legs were pretty tired. but i kinda ran too fast for the first 100 metres. but by the time i reach the next 200, i couldnt feel my legs anymore. so i ended jogging past the finishing line. :( next time shall preserve energy more.

tomorrow have to pass up WR. and i still have to go find my content page. sianz. shall go find now. sigh. wish i could pon school tomorrow

haha. here i am with another update. hmm. again i got back more results. so overall these are my results: C for phy, C for math, C for chinese, D for chem, E for gp and E for econs. haha. sigh. kinda lousy, but at least i got promoted. :) h2 subjects are chem, math, and physics. the rest are h1. so if possible, can someone help me count. i don know the mark weightage. haha. :P. some unhappy things happened the past few days. but it has settle down already. i really hope it will remain like this. the endless shouting and screaming, the violence. its not good... but at least now im in my room and its peaceful in the house. YAY! haha.

today was super long.. hours of lecture. mock chinese test. sigh. pe was cancelled. but the guys just decided to play basketball. it was so difficult to breathe. plus, my cough is still around. even though i found it funny that i cough only when im doing normal things like eating or walking. but when i exercise, the cough goes away. haha. that is a good thing. training was actually cancelled today. but i brought my stuff and all, and i didnt feel like going home. so i decided to do gym. maybe cos i still haven rest enough since the last gym session on thurs, but i couldnt do alot of weights today. still feel my lower part of the body has a long way to go.. yup. ms tan told me last saturday during open house that its better if i don take part in the javelin men open next month. she said that its better to be doing my training instead of risking injury during the competition. plus, the javelin is heavier than A div javelin. hmm. i don know why, but i think im obsessed with this sport and my time is kind of devoted to it. i forgotten the number of times i train alone in both vs and sajc. the rest are always occupied with other stuff. maybe i should reach out to others more.. sometimes it gets kinda lonely.. my weekends especially. :(

told my mother my results. she was like alright. as long as i can get promoted.. then she told me abt how i can only take a break for 2 weeks and its back to studying. sigh. i think it will be sooner. the a lvl chinese exam. so sianz. just want to pass and get it over with. haha. think i said enough, nothing much already.

whoope

got back a few results in the past few days. haha. im promoted. luckily.. overall results for the year: C for physics, C for Math, D for chemistry. the rest of the results haven calculate. although glad that i wont retain, but somehow i wished that i got better results than just C for prommos. i thought i worked rather hard. sigh.. maybe exercising was a bad idea? haha. don know la. today wanted to go out watch a movie but she was busy. so in the end i went to the gym. haha. i didnt even plan to go to the gym. just so happened that i had my exercise gear in my bag. trained for 2 hrs. mostly weights and some minor conditioning exercises. sigh my bench press, 20 kg a side plus the stupid sivler bar im already tired.so weak!!!!!! sigh. nvm. will do more. haha. saturday is open house. have to go and help out at the track and field booth. hope loads of people come our sch and take a look. haha. im going to sleep liao. bb

haha. im back!!!! finally touch my blog again... the last time i did was during may.. haha.so i shall update wad happen since then. haha! im so nice..
-June_
This was my favourite month. why?? Training!!! haha. there was a track and field camp. got to know the guys better. and we got to throw!! haha. i was like super happy. even though they made us do a long ruN! i was owned by the long and middle distance runners. sigh.. still.. FUN! but the bad thing about this camp was one thing. Ms Tan, my track and field teacher didnt let me go for nationals. sigh, i was pretty shocked lo.. i realli thot i would go.. i never missed one ever since i joined track and field, so it came as a shock.. but i also felt that i was not veri ready for it. i wasted my 1st 4 mths of the year slacking.. in the end my nice senior, Baldwin was the only representative for javelin. ( nationals u can send three participants per event ). so in june i only went for swift.. having not thrown competively for so long, i only managed to throw 38.45metres. sigh... and it was in first throw. after that. i pulled my groin abit, plus my arm started to get back my old pain... oh ya... the competition was on the 18th of june! and what is that??? my birthday! haha. after the competition, i went to my cousin hse. (my cousin shares the same birthday). haha. was loads of fun. met relatives that i didnt see for long. like this kind of thing. hehe.
-July-
Common test!! grrrr. i did badly... these are my results: ABUSE. A for chem, B for chinese, U for maths, S for physics and E for General paper. sigh34 pts. just pass the 31 pts... my parents meet mr lee ( physics and my form teacher), mdm ang ( math teacher) and mr fang ( general paper teacher). haha. Mr Lee was quite nice.. wish he can be like that forever.but, it will never happen. nation track and field championships was on also.. i went to support my teamates. they did alright.. but when i saw my jav buds throwin in the A div javelin, i felt sad.. i was like feeling left out. i felt that even if i don get top 8, at least i would get the experience. oh well, it already pass. anyway, my aim is to hit 45 metres by this year, break my sch record next year and do well for nationals. haha. i don think it is impossible. :)
-August-
this month there was nothing much. there was still training though, which everyone shld know, i love.. haha. training is so much better than watching tv, movies, playing ps2 or anything. haha. i trained under my sch sprinters' coach, Mr Hossni. haha. he ran 10.2 seconds for 100 metres in his youth.. pro-ness. he made us do loads of conditioning exercises. the two most vigourous types were jumping up the steps of my sch's gallery and striding rounds around the track. at first i didnt want to do it because i thought it wouldnt help a thrower. but actually it helped to keep my fitness up. easier to do more exercises.haha. but towards the end of august, training had to stop till over prommos. i was sadddddd.....

this month is nothing but tutorials, studying, and paying attention in classes. i trained sometimes alone after studying. try to maintain fitness level. sigh.. but in september, i and her got together. so at least this month was meaningful in a way
-october-
prommos are finally over!!! i feel like a huge load is off my back.. haha. i never like exams and nver will. hu likes exams anyway??? if u do, u are crazy. get off this website rite now u freak. :) haha.after the last paper which was econs, me and some of my classmates went to ps. stick man, wei jing, pointy finger, biscuit,guitar lover, remy, trix, and crazy hello. haha. their all nicknames that i just made up except for wei jing. haha. its his chinese name. some of us watch miami vice. my god... its the worst 8 dollars i ever spent on a movie. yucks. tricia spend a bomb on her phone. wow. overwhelmed.. it was so much.. haha. as long as she finds it pretty, its ok i guess. after that the girls left and the guys and i went to the arcade.. i was obsessed with the basketball game. the one where u realli have to shoot? the balls will roll down and u have to shoot it through the hoop? u know that one? i liked it alot. then i played this samurai game. where u hold a plastic sword and the sensors will help detect ur movement. so at first cos my sword was too near the screen the sensors couldnt detect, so my stupid crazy swipes didnt help a bit. in the end i was sweating, and muscles aching.. after everything i followed zhe hui to bradell( is that how u spell it?) bought a few ps2 games. brought it home.. out of five discs, 1 worked. crap. next day went back change. change 4, onli two worked... monday im going to change again.. sigh.if it continues, im going to call the police and shut the store down. haha.sigh... sajc training resumes on the 16th of october!!! its so far away.damn. luckily, im going to train with the vs people. haha. the gym there is better anyway.. haha.c ant wait.. thats about all. and!!! i promise i will udpate my blog more often. so plz come backkkkk!! haha. ciao
