haha. shall make this a short entry.

today:

1. didnt train at all. (gym not opened )
2. studied from 1-5 ( not fun )
3. watched singapore slingers at indoor stadium. playing the tigers ( changed my impression of them:) )
4. ate nuggets at kfc ( i am very guilty now )

just reached home. kinda tired. still got gp to finish. haha. yup

been training hard recently. now i can bench more than my weight. finally. 2 months back i couldnt lo. haha. :) bicerps curls and lat pulls are slowly increasing too:):) happi happi. only the 3rd week. hopefully i can continue.

however all these heavy weight training will have to stop soon. cos i cant throw well just because of ability to do heavy weights. i have to do many other things like sprinting, bounding and throwing weighted balls. yup:)

arm feel better. so happi. now its my turn to pray for those who are facing problems with their body. ( arms, legs, etc ).

got back my test result. only serves to remind that i cannot slack while training hard. a lvl yr. not a joke. :( sigh.
