haha. im back:)

monday: went to the physio right after school. anxious to see. arm was aching the whole day.reached the office at 3.30.. the physio who was a woman came only at 4.30.. woman are late all the time can. tsk tsk. she told me to do a few things while describing to her the pain and stuff liddat.. in the end she concluded that i only experience the pain when my arm muscle starts to relax( withdraw)

she said that there were two possible reasons for the pain.

1. becoz i change to a new technique( in throwing ), thats why it starts to hurt.
2. i don have a proper exercise habit. as in i don stretch properly.

i don think its 1. so i believe its probably 2.. got the trainer there to teach me loads of stretching exercises for the bicerps and tricerps. haha. took half an hour to learn all and try them out.

trainer gave me the go ahead to attend training that day, saying that the training that day requires little effort of the arm. wad is it??

AQUA RUNNING!!!

something new. as the name suggests, its running in water. haha. tie a float to your trunk, and u start running in the water. run forward, in the water,feet not touching the floor. hard. fun but tiring. we plaed something like water polo after training. ( our legs could touch the floor) not realli counted was proper water polo.

tuesday: boring day.. turns out my chinese class onli has me and a classmate.. so sianz..3 people, 1 and a half hrs. boredom... especially with her, argh.

trained in the afternoon. made sure i stretched alot. it worked. right arm didnt feel much discomfort or pain:) but today while doing bench press, the bar kinda fell on my face. if i hadnt push, and the guy( who in the first place is not supporting me properly) didnt help pull. u see the headlines " SAJC student breaks jaw while doing bench press. all thanks to a careless student.

haha. cant imagaine that.. didnt lose any teeth, no bleeding or wadever. just numbing pain. which i reckon is better bones being broke.

weights were fine. still abit unpleased when i see rugby players playing a fool in the gym and while doing weights. sigh.

studied chem.. have a feeling i will do badly for chem test this thurs:( ms su says it is a killer. haha. if she says its hard, it must be.

kk update le.. hope i can update soon. like tomorrow. but i always sleepy. lazy:P
