bleh. been awhile since i update:( so sorri!! cos i always feeling tired at nite. so i would be too lazy to update. haha. so sorri:(

will talk about some stuff today. bear with me:)

CCA team bonding camp:

had it on saturday. at habour front there. reach there at 7 am. so earliii.. :( only a few ccas went for it though. haha. they are:

  • chinese reading club
  • cricket girls
  • touch rugby
  • guitar ensemble
  • sports club
  • track and field

very few. but still alright. i found it so funny that chinese reading club went. haha. lol. the camp was fun i guess. knew some of the cca mates better. though i felt sometimes i sucked because i lost my patience at some of the activities. :( must improve:):)

school:

i think im falling behind in sch work... as in i don know the topics well, haven complete tutorials and others. always very tired at nite.. cant keep my eyes open... don know if my training is the reason so.. if so, i feel sad. like i shldnt exercise so much and study.. but..... argh. i have no idea.. the only solution i can think of is that i study like mad in the nite. kk. i will do it!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ( my victory roar )

training:

been well so far. my arm is weird can. sometimes perfectly normal. sometimes like want to get chopped off. sigh.

havent got to throw a javelin since sch start. :( which so sucks. field always being used. sigh. so training is kinda weird now. it goes like

monday: 3.30pm to 5.30pm gym session. 5.30pm to 7.00pm aqua running

tuesday: gym

wednesday: gym

thursday: medicine ball ( if field is available. throws ). plus some other exercises.

friday: sprints or speed base exercises i think.

thursday training and friday training is whereby i realli look forward. got coach come ma. and its so much beta than being in the gym. haha. yup

gym training has been alot better. bench is now 80kg smth. still kinda light compared to other throwers. but at least its better than last time. bicerps. 30 kg something? haha. my tricerp gym exercise, i can do the whole thing ( its a machine). shuang. sooner or later i will have to find a alternative for it. yup. feeling stronger. think this kind of training will continue for a month or so. cause now its strength building for me. cant do well if im weak rite?? haha. only thing i hope for is that i get to throw at least twice a week. if can, i love it man. although when i throw, i can only focus on the hip and my leg pushing forward. my arm cant take it. if i try to throw too hard, i think the pain will be super bad.. so yup, have to take it easy

so weird to tok about my training like this. i hope people don think im some cca freak. i just wanna do well this yr. thats all to it.

oh ya. the volleyball girls ( cedar) from my cell won their game today:) good for them. haha. im too nice. haha.

tomorrow is wednesday. what does that mean?? gym:) lol.

haha. kk. got to study rite? :P
